Editorial office address, who to write to for manuscripts, reviews, complaints and permissions, and how quickly the journal replies.
The editorial office answers every message within five working days. If you have not heard back in that time, write again and mark the subject line REMINDER, because the first message has gone astray somewhere and the fault is ours.

Manuscripts are accepted by email only. They are not accepted through this page, through social media or through messaging applications, because a manuscript needs an attachment, a declaration and a record.
What to expect
- Acknowledgement of a manuscript within two working days, with a manuscript number.
- A reply to general correspondence within five working days.
- A substantive response to a complaint within four weeks, acknowledged within five working days.
- No message left unanswered, including those the journal must decline.
