Journal policy
Disclaimer
The limits of what publication in this journal means, and the responsibilities that stay with authors and readers.
Views expressed
The views, findings, interpretations and conclusions in articles published by International Research Insights are those of their authors. They are not the views of the journal, the editorial board, the reviewers, or the institutions with which any of them are associated. Publication means that the work passed peer review against the journal’s published criteria. It does not mean that the editors agree with the author.
Accuracy
The editors and reviewers assess manuscripts for scholarly quality, method and referencing. They do not reproduce experiments, audit data sets, verify every citation independently or investigate the conduct of the research. Responsibility for the accuracy of the content, for the integrity of the data and for obtaining permissions and approvals rests with the authors.
Where an error is found after publication, the journal corrects or retracts the article under the procedure in the publication ethics statement. Readers who identify an error are asked to report it to the editorial office.
Professional advice
Nothing published in this journal is professional advice.
Articles in the health and nursing sciences section report research. They are not clinical guidance, and they must not be used to diagnose, treat or manage any patient. Clinical decisions should follow current professional guidelines and the judgement of a qualified practitioner who has examined the patient.
Articles in the law section report analysis of statutes, judgments and doctrine. They are not legal advice, they may be overtaken by later judgments or amendments, and they must not be relied upon in any matter without advice from a qualified legal practitioner.
The same applies to every other section: research describes, and a professional decides.

This website links to external resources including licence texts, repositories, indexing services and institutional pages. The journal does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, their availability or their handling of your data.
Indexing and metrics
The journal states the indexing and identifier status it actually holds, on the indexing and preservation page, and updates it as applications succeed. Any claim about this journal made elsewhere, including any impact factor attributed to it by a third party service, is not made by the journal and should not be relied upon.
Fraudulent solicitation
The journal charges nothing to authors at any stage. Any email, message or website demanding payment for submission, review, acceptance, publication or a certificate in the name of this journal is fraudulent. Do not pay it. Send it to the editorial office so that the matter can be reported.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the journal, its board and its editors accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on material published on this website.
