Terms and Conditions

The terms on which this website and the journal's services are provided, including use of content, author obligations, liability and governing law.

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or submits work to International Research Insights. Using the site means accepting them.

1. The service

This website publishes the journal, its editorial policies and its announcements. Access is free and requires no account. The editorial office aims to keep the site available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may take the site down for maintenance without notice.

2. Use of published content

Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence and may be shared and adapted with attribution, as set out in copyright and licensing. The site’s design, code, layout and editorial pages are not covered by that licence and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

You may not use this website or its content to misrepresent what the journal has published, to imply endorsement that has not been given, to harvest personal data of authors or board members, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

3. Submitting work

Submitting a manuscript means confirming the statements in the author declaration, and accepting the review process described in the peer review policy. Submission creates no obligation on the journal to publish, and no obligation on the author until acceptance is confirmed in writing.

The journal charges nothing at any stage. Any communication demanding payment for submission, faster review, acceptance or publication in the name of this journal is fraudulent and should be reported to the editorial office at once.

4. Author responsibilities

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their work, for obtaining permissions and ethics approvals, and for the consequences of publishing their findings. The journal reviews manuscripts for scholarly quality. It does not verify every fact, reproduce every experiment or audit every data set, and publication is not a certification that the work is free of error.

5. Correspondence

The editorial office replies to correspondence within five working days. Correspondence about a manuscript should quote its manuscript number. The journal does not accept manuscripts through social media, messaging applications or the website contact form.

The site links to external resources such as licence texts, repositories and indexing services. The journal does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Liability

The journal, its board and its editors are not liable for any loss arising from the use of material published here, from reliance on the findings of any article, or from the temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page, and material changes are announced on the announcements page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
